Frequently Asked Questions

The vast majority of smaller items (i.e. ashtrays, trays, candleholders) are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Larger items (i.e. washbasins, lights) take 2-3 weeks to produce if we don't have them in stock. Tables or bespoke orders take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for us to produce and dispatch. 

The majority of orders within EU are delivered within 2-5 business days. International orders take around 10-15 business days (due to the current situation with COVID, please allow more days for the delivery).

Yes, we've already shipped hundreds of orders outside of Europe. 

We offer free shipping for orders over €75 within EU. The shipping costs for orders below €75 is €10. 

Shipping costs outside of EU vary depending on the weight of your order. Exact shipping costs for your order will be calculated on the checkout page.

Yes, absolutely, custom products are always welcomed. If you would like our product in a different colour, dimensions, or make a product for you according to your wishes, contact us and we can discuss it together.
